Health is inner peace
In this call we shared many ideas relating to how peace of mind directly affects our experience of health in the body, as well as in our relationships.
Listen as we talk about the following:
- How communication with others can occur at the level of the mind. Even if we cannot connect physically with someone, we can still extend love and joy. And by doing this we can heal of our sense of separation.
- How it is important that we we set a goal for inner peace on a daily basis
- Need for pause throughout the day to reset our intention for peace (We can forget and need reminders 🙂
- Practical application by a participant of placing our judgments and fears on the ‘altar’ – it really works!
- The path of peace is more unlearning than learning!
